Nice 3 unit rental. It is older and could use a little work. But it is within walking distance of the Beach..! Also has great outdoor patio and pool area. 1mile walk north or south you are shopping. 7eleven across the main Street is convenient.
If you like a slumlord than this is the place for you. Starting off with the 10 page contract and the 5 pm check and an indoor sign stating checkin is at 4 pm? Check in earlier is available with permission and an extra fee? Broken bathroom door with only 1 sink with a drizzle of water. Also, be prepared to pay a $20 per day fee on heating the pool even though other guests already paid this? Location to beach great otherwise no thank you… no real amenities offered except lots of rules for a sub par place. Take a pass!
Found it online, and the pictures made it look bigger than it is. It has SUPER close access to the beach, and a nice pool. Has OUTDOOR washer and dryer, and pool and patio with picnic tables. However, it has no oven, and there are three conjoined units that share the outdoor area. Great modern appliances, and great for sleeping, bathing, and eating the occasional sandwich. A little too small for much indoor relaxation. Over all, a decent place stay.
Ella was incredibly helpful, caring, and professional. The air conditioning broke right before our arrival, but she made sure that temporary A/C units were installed in each of our bedrooms for our stay. The house is very large and the kitchen is fully stocked with clean and new pots and pans, plates, silverware, etc. We met Ella's neighbors who were very nice, friendly, and keep an eye out for Ella's guests.
