Pretty disappointing interaction with this business. I reached out on Instagram with a couple of simple questions about the inks used for lip tattooing because I have sensitive skin. For a cosmetic procedure going on someone’s face, that seems like a very normal question to ask before booking. It’s now been over 24 hours with no response, even though the account has been actively posting stories during that time. I attended Oceania's clinic for a lip blush tattoo procedure and unfortunately had a concerning experience. During the appointment, she accidentally dropped the tattoo gun onto my forehead (without acknowledgement) I which resulted in an unsightly bonus pimple tattoo on my forehead. I very clearly recall this situation occuring, as I was laying there nervous, where as the tech would deal with a client production line on the daily. I will attach photos of the progress of this pimple tattoo.. it started with a faint dot but ha... read more
