John sold me a beautiful ocean front property, he was reliable , on time and very professional . If you want a house in Juno beach , he's your guy.
I found John to be extremely unprofessional. Rude, dismissive and unaware of the rules that exist in real estate. I hope never to work with him again.
Not the Florida welcome we’d have appreciated for our son’s first realestate purchase. Our realtor couldn’t have been more helpful and respectful which I can not say about John True. The final straw was the complete lack of communication regarding the closing process and availability of obtaining the key to access the home. Additionally the previous owner had not moved his belongings out until AFTER the property transferred. I’m pretty sure this is AGAINST THE LAW. Very rude, disrespectful. Truly an unhappy person. I typically don't write reviews, but today Mr. True was very unprofessional. If you're looking for good customer service I recommending finding another realtor.
