Great view, terrible customer service ever, not a great hotel for the price either. Up to 3 weeks before our reservation I tried calling several times. No answer. No voice-mail to leave a message. I tried emailing directly to the email from our confirmation several times. Nothing. I got on their website and filled out their contact us form twice. Never heard a word from them.
