This hotel is great and family friendly! My kids loved the beach and the access gate from the hotel. I appreciated the lifeguard tower right next to us, which made me feel safe. The hotel is quiet after-hours and well kept. Pool was nice in the afternoons after being on the beach in the morning. I'm glad we spent the weekend away from Orlando for a budget-friendly beach vacation!

Found 3 roaches in my sink and couldn’t even stay the night due to unsanitary conditions. I will not be returning and they told me I could get a 10% discount which hardly helps. Manager was rude about it also… There are too many good options in the area… don’t settle for a company that doesn’t care or treat their guests with respect.

I accidentally made my reservation for the wrong day and the guy at the desk neil was his name I think called me immediately to let me know and helped me change the date for my reservation. I showed up around noon and asked if I could park there before my room was ready for beach access but our room was already ready so they let us check in early. The rooms where not fancy but where clean and the view out my window was amazing usually I miss the sunrise because my kids are still sleeping but I was able to watch it out my win... read more
