Horrible location. Homeless all over the place. Police need to clean it up for good.

No response to emails or phone calls.. Eric is unprofessional and incompetent. Always points the finger at the company that owns the property but won't give you the contact info to them or anyone above him. Property is unsafe with drug deals done daily and cops called weekly with nothing done. Rumor of cops called on Eric's son and friends with nothing resolved.
My husband and I were interested in renting from here. He called and emailed Eric and never heard back. He decided to go over to the office to see if anyone was available to talk to. He was able to talk with Eric there and he handed my husband an application and told him to come by his office at 9am the next day. Well, we both get there at 9am and upon entering the property, there was a car double parked in the middle of the roadway with a group of young people standing around the car blasting music and loitering.
