A word to the wise they have new management and they don't fix squat I live here now and it has been the most miserable since this complex was sold and new property Management taken over do yourself a favor and don't move here nothing will ever get fixed and all the amenities that they claim they have all of them are broken
I moved in 8 months ago, and from the start, my downstairs neighbor has been complaining, monitoring my family's daily routine as evidence of a nuisance. It's uncomfortable and frustrating to know that someone has no life at all to be home 24/7, waiting for you to drop a spoon to call it nuisance. Talked to management to be relocated to a downstairs unit to finish our lease in peace. All this can be avoided if they repair,remodel, or reinforce the floor connecting the two units.
