I moved in 8 months ago, and from the start, my downstairs neighbor has been complaining, monitoring my family's daily routine as evidence of a nuisance. It's uncomfortable and frustrating to know that someone has no life at all to be home 24/7, waiting for you to drop a spoon to call it nuisance.
