We have been at our property rental going on 5 yrs. The girls (all of them) are very pleasant. I love my rental and love dealing with oceanbreeze properties.
I hired them to find a renter for my home and only had three showings in five weeks. One of the showings was to a lady with three dogs and I only accept one dog with a lease. If I asked a question by text it would take two business days to get a reply. They listed my address with the ad and I had people just stopping by to look at the house, the ad was going to be edited to say occupied but never was changed.
