First time coming in and I felt the welcoming feeling from the staff, very professional and knowledgeable on what they do. Maria is very helpful in regards of insurance coverage.i do appreciate them and will not do any treatment first without me knowing what my insurance will cover and what will I have to pay out of pocket. The dentist did not want to refer me to an endo specialist or anywhere else for a 2nd opinion after I had continued pain after he did a root canal and crown. He recommended pulling out my tooth with out offering a CT scan. I called him last week and he has not called me yet. His office manager also never called me after multiple calls. They billed my insurance wrong all along too. Other staff are great, dental hygienist and dental assistants. If you want dental drama...go here
