Friendly staff members, great with the pets, staff is willing to listen and answer any questions people may have.
I don't even know what to say and how to say it but in the hardest time of my life all the staff were so compassionate to me and my sweet Bo. Dr.Hasenbank talked to him the whole time allowing me to hold my boy and tell him how much I love him. Sammi was sweet telling me shes so sorry and how much of a good boy he is. Thank you so much for being so caring and the love you and all your staff have for our furbabies I will forever be thankful that you cared for my boy.

I would highly recommend OVC to anyone that has a new member of their family or if you have a pet already to give them a call. Everyone at OVC are awesome. They treat you like family, and your pet as they would treat their own. When we adopted our two dogs we have taken them no where else and will continue if we get another dog. We recently had an unexpected diagnosis for our dog, Duke, they walked us through all of the options, we choose to medicate but lost him anyway. They were so caring and heartfelt with our grief.

Thank you to the entire staff of the Oceana Veterinary clinic for being so kind, helpful and sympathetic when we had to transition our 13 year old bulldog to doggie heaven. Our family was absolutely devastated and you gave us time and understanding when it was time to say goodbye. Have brand new puppy.that got real sick .she got into something. has diarrhea and throwing up. They can’t get anybody in for an emergency.have wait days to get her in sad.
