I am very happy with my initial visit with Dr. Jamal. He intends to help me with the correct diagnosis for my condition and prescribe the right medication, so I can get back to a normal life.
I'm very sad to say the staff give wrong info out or make paperwork mistakes they don't want to fix, make promises they don't keep, and are almost impossible to reach. I'm having nothing but constant problems and can't trust anything to be done properly. The phones are usually off too. Why do I have to ask them over and over to fix their own mistakes that affect me negatively?! Stop leaving me hanging! Nothing seems to get done here. I'm regretting this place bad right away.
A hidden Gem. A very knowledgeable Dr., attentive, compassionate, takes his time, and listen. Most of all, he cares. The facility at Foothill Ranch is new and top notch. The staff is very attentive to details. This guy is making a big wave in the way he is approaching medical care and competition is starting to pay attention. A family member will have his procedure set up in the next two weeks. I will post about our experience later.
I received very excellent care by everyone in the office. So very nice and helpful.
The worst!!!!! WORST customer service ever!! Ive never dealt with such incompetence in a work place like this!! Staff clearly needs a refreshment on customer service! IMMEDIATELY!
