Dr. Kao and her team are all awesome. Highly knowledgeable and skilled. As a bonus, Nora at the front desk has great music taste. Definitely recommend!
Dentist Emily Kao is a very good business woman. She always tries to make more money from her patient and cheats her patient. Their regular check and clean charge was increased 50% within two years. I was charged almost $700 for four fillings. A couple of months later, she told me that fillings did not work and I need root canal procedure. The charges would be $1125 with a big discount for one tooth (the other dentist charge is $850 only.). Her trick is that she plays "games" with her patients. Dr Emily Kao is awesome. She is very detailed person to the perfection. Even if you are satisfied she still make it even better. Nora at front desk is also very helpful to find the best appointment time for you and keep you posted if sooner appointment is available. I love this place everyone make you feel part of the family and treat you as one of them. Dr. Emily Kao is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is prompt, courteous and maximizes your insurance. ALL the other dentists I have ever been to would still send me a bill even after they used my insurance and she has never done that. She even meticulously cleans your teeth herself, and her work is beyond reproach! I am so glad I found her.
