We love Ocean Wellness and Dr. Bridgette! I found her when my daughter was just a few weeks old, and we were navigating a tongue tie, lip tie, and cheek tie. I can't even describe how I feel today after my CST session with Dr. Chelf! She has such a calming and nurturing energy and she's so knowledgeable in CST, PT and Chiropractic modalities. She also has an Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist and other specialists in and near her office. I need all of them, too. I must admit, I didn't quite understand what a chiropractor did or how they could help until we came here. We had our babies tongue ties released (thank you Team Tongue Tie!) and were referred to several chiropractors. We got so lucky that we ended up (somewhat randomly) selecting Ocean Wellness!
