I can't even describe how I feel today after my CST session with Dr. Chelf! She has such a calming and nurturing energy and she's so knowledgeable in CST, PT and Chiropractic modalities. She also has an Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist and other specialists in and near her office. I need all of them, too. I'm an overnight Newborn Care Specialist and Sleep Consultant, and I've worked with many very tense babies. I must admit, I didn't quite understand what a chiropractor did or how they could help until we came here. We had our babies tongue ties released (thank you Team Tongue Tie!) and were referred to several chiropractors. We got so lucky that we ended up (somewhat randomly) selecting Ocean Wellness! Dr Chelf has taken care of both my kids as infants with tongue ties and now me! She has been an amazing part of my support system as a Mom trying to get my health back. She listens and supports. Go see her if you want to feel better!

Me and my family have been seeing Bridget for years. She truly is incredible. She fixes me, my wife, my three boys (started when they were on infants) and all my dogs. From a stiff neck to GI issues, Bridget does it all. Can't say enough good things about her and her staff. We also get all of our supplements from her
