Yo vivo en uno de estos apartamentos , y no hay limpieza, dejan que bagabundos vengan a dormir ,a tirar basura y hacer popo a lado de mi apartamento, les he llamado seguido durante 5 meses y no han hecho nada para resolver esto.
Muy bien lugar para vivir. Tengo 4 años de vivir aquí y José Mota es buen mantenimiento. Me arreglado todo lo de mi apartamento
I definitely do not recommend moving in to these apartments. To start off they wanna treat the tenants with all these rules like if the apartments where to luxurious like the ones by the collection. They say no noise but the only noise you’ll hear all day and night is the main road ‘ rose , bard , pleasant valley ‘ . You hear ambulance, dumpster trucks , the most annoying is the landscaping people , they don’t have a steady schedule where they let you know the days where they’ll be showing up , they’ll blow the dirt and dust... read more
Scheduled a tour at 1:15 pm waited since 1pm and it's now 1:35pm and no one showed up. How unprofessional! Why waiste people's time and if you try calling it just a voice recorder you can't actually speak to someone!
