I was very happy when I purchased an apartment in this building but after a year my experience with management was very bad , they put rocks on the way for you not to rent it , charging you an insane amount of money , and expenses are very high that’s why most all units are for sale or for rent . The management think they own the apartments. I was so happy I sold it and left to a better community. Very clean yes I have to say the cleaning guys and maintenance are very nice . But the management very bad .

Muy lindo lugar , muy cuidado , he estado en edificios mucho más grandes y realmente este edificio se conserva muy bien , su piscina excelente , limpia y nada de hongos , lo único , si no se debería cobrar por el gym ya q es un servicio q se paga por expensas . Y el lugar de parrilla si por su limpieza , que eso si , deben pagar aparte .
