Don't be fooled the Neighborhood is bad, apartments have extremely bad plumbing there maintenance have no ideal what there doing office workers make there own hours.
My apartment had mold and LARGE rats. Claire also falsely accused me of doing things that I didn't do. It's also loud, and I could hear and feel my downstairs neighbor's stereo often.
We have lived at Oceanview Terrace Apartments over 5 years. Our two story, 2 bed, 1 1/2 bath unit is wonderful. There is a patio downstairs and one off the master bedroom. We have a carport and storage above it. There's extra parking and we are about a mile from the beach. We ride our bikes there frequently. Our landlady, Judy, is very kind and is prompt to get us assistance if needed. We feel very safe here and have had no problems. We highly recommend Oceanview!
