Jim the owner was wonderful to work with. We had a very old roof on an old house in Bethany West and he gave us a fair price with straight forward contract. He is always available for any questions if needed. The roof was replaced in a timely manner and neatly done. When the crew left you couldn’t even tell they had been there. They were very professional and great to work with. Highly recommend.
We had our roof replaced by Ocean View Roofing and we couldn't be happier with the result. The customer service was great. Jim is fantastic. We paid a fair price for excellent service. Kudos to Jim and his team for my beautiful new roof! Upfront Jim took the time to talk us through options without a sales pitch. The job was done neatly, and cleanup was done very well also. As they were doing the work neighbors commented what a great job they were doing, and that the job was done without debris everywhere. We researched other companies and we feel we made the perfect decision to use Ocean View Roofing.
Tip: Ask Jim about having gutters done as well, you won't regret it! My Wife and I had bought a house that was past due for a new roof. While we started the dreaded process of getting quotes, we had Jim come out first. His quote was a very good price for what we needed. Although it was our first quote, and he said he does get pricing from others to keep competitive so we don't need to shop around. 5 Star Company!!...Hands Down!! When I realized that I needed a new roof and started my research, I called Ocean View Roofing after hours to simply leave a message. The owner himself actually answered on a Friday evening! He met with me Saturday morning and had the estimate to me by Monday morning! Ocean View had the best price around for a great shingle with a great warranty. The owner was willing to work around my schedule for the install!
