The staff was very helpful in changing my reservation by a week because I booked a room one week later than when needed. Our room had a nice view of the ocean and was very clean and comfortable. It’s a great place to stay!

The place is clean and affordable. The ambience is good too. The elevator is a bit small so if you are claustrophobic just use the stairs. They have free breakfast (bread, fruits, yogurt, eggs, etc.) and very good coffee. Its like a coffee machine where you can choose if mocha, latte, americano, hot chocolate, etc. It gets foggy outside at night though and the food establishments surrounding the area closes early so it's best to eat dinner early.

The front desk employee was very helpful and kind during check in and while we asked for a refund and left. We were in room 204 and when I pulled the covers back the sheets looked dirty, there was a Kleenex, exoskeleton of a bed bug and a dark red stain the size of an apple seed between the flat and fitted sheets in the middle of the bed. The front desk was called, we took a picture, loaded up our bags, asked for a refund and left. Fortunately we had not brought much into the room. Breakfast was delicious. Room was huge. Very comfortable. And friendly. I highly recommend.
