I have tried to call them multiple times to ask about the availability and schedule a tour, but could never get through.
No one there to show us the apartment even though we booked the times and we were late, there was no one in the front office to assist.
I love where I live because of the previous manager, Ella! She made us feel welcome and she was always helpful. I miss her so much! She looked us straight in the eye and she always had a warm personality. I wish her well., but I wish we had her back. Everything is great but there's issues with the surveillance cameras that need to be addressed and I don't know who's at fault. I am very concerned for my own sake.
I’m writing this on my behalf and on behalf of many residents who truly miss the previous manager, Ella. Things have not been the same since she left. Ella genuinely cared about the community, stayed on top of maintenance, communicated clearly and always made residents feel heard.
