We were happy with the wellness care provided to our dog at Precious Paws, but two misdiagnoses caused us to leave the practice. They misdiagnosed and did not conduct adequate tests for our dog’s stomach ailment, which resulted in emergency surgery elsewhere. They also said our dog needed to have a broken tooth extracted. Another vet found no broken tooth.
They are professional..genuinely caring. Compassionate.excellent customer service..I rate JOHN a 10 for how he treated my pup. Thankd
My 80-year old mum's puppy is an Australian Cattle Hound. He's loyal and very protective to her, and a very gentle and loving dog. During the Covid, we can no longer see how our pets are examined once inside. Dr. John came out and spoke to and spoke to us in great length, all the while letting Ozzy get comfortable and feel safe with him. We were very fortunate to have this vet take our kitty Ezmerelda on an emergency basis today. The staff was very welcoming and caring and the Dr. explained everything to us and covered all of the details and asked if we had any questions. We definitely recommend this animal hospital! Thank you for taking in our kitty to ensure that she was ok!
Dr Lovins and staff were so kind and professional treating my cat yesterday. Not easy with coronavirus and they had to take her inside without us. Appreciate all their care

We are so grateful to have found Precious Paws to care for our 14 year old lab, Marley. New to the area, we were concerned that we would not be able to find a vet that compared with the one we were going to for 14 years. That concern quickly disappeared as soon as we had our first visit with Dr. Lovins. She and the staff were so wonderful, knowledgeable, and personable.
