The reception staff is very friendly. The waiting room isn’t crowded. It is very clean. Dr Ethan was very thorough and took time to explain his instructions regarding my dogs care.
Dr Bajwa and Salina B (tech) and Cierra at the reception desk when I arrived were all professionals and very kind. I really appreciated today as it's a Saturday and they were open! We had our dog's ears checked out and just wanted you to know that it went smooth. Very clean facility and wow, just pleasant all the way. I heard Dr. Bajwa is the full in doctor on this day but you would never know it. He was extremely knowledgeable and that helped the process go way faster. This photo I took at home:)
I’ve been taking my cat here & their service is amazing!! Very quick follow-up, they provide a lot of details, and good recommendations on what to buy at pet stores. I trust Ocean Veterinary with my heart!!
