The rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious. The two double beds had ample space between them, you could stretch out on the couch or kick back in a chair in the living room. The balcony had a direct view of the ocean and if that wasn't good enough, all you had to do was walk outside. The rooms were quiet, I never heard any of the neighbors. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. Someone came daily to clean the room. The rooms feature a full kitchen with all necessities available. The view was beautiful. The pool deck was nice with the beach just a few feet away. All in all a very good experience, I will be staying here again in the future.

we just got back from staying the weekend at the ocean trillium suites, this is our third time staying here in the past year. we live on the mainland,, but sometimes like to take a weekend and just relax on the beach. $125 a night for a 1 bedroom ocean front condo, for us. it can't be beat! we went for my husband's birthday, and we were walked next door to chase's restaurant, a fun place too. we will definately be staying here again, we really liked that we didn't have to book a 3 night stay like other places too.

One of the best values and location on the beach. Desk attendant was very courteous and recommended a great place to eat dinner. We were only able to stay one night due to last minute change in trip plans. However, we are already planning another trip to New Smyrna later in the summer. Ocean Trillium will be our lodging choice. You will not be sorry to chose this hotel. Units are set up for the family and have fully furnished kitchens.

Not an outstanding property, but clean, and quiet and it met our needs as a one bedroom condo. The view was incredible. We hand fed birds from our balcony, walked the beach, people watched, and enjoyed the activities of others on the beach. Conveniently located to several restaurants, within easy driving distance. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

The full kitchen is a must if staying more than a few days, especially with kids who want things served the same way they are at home. My family and I stay at the Trillium every year for 4th of July, and are sure to book a top floor room so we can see the fireworks. The pool has always been clean and not crowded, and the bar next door has good food, live music, and its own pool if you are in to a party scene. Just got home from a week at Ocean Trillium Suites. Very quiet and comfortable building. We were on the second floor but still had a view of the ocean. Higher is better. Restaurants are nearby and grocery stores a short drive into New Smyrna itself. The beach is very nice and, even though vehicles are allowed to drive on it, that's not a problem as it's tightly controlled. The staff are pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed our stay there very much. Only suggestion is that the kitchen needs some extra dishes, like juice glasse... read more
