I'm grateful for the photos people have posted showing the trash and poor general property maintenance. Ocean Trace is now crossed off my list. Who needs that kind of headache?
Ocean trace Apartments is one of the best places I ever visited. I’m currently waiting on an apartment there. The atmosphere is lovely to have a swimming pool places where you can walk your dog and it is a gated community. I can’t wait till they call me to give me the keys so that I can move into my new forever home
This is a beautiful gated condo community only a little over a mile from the oceanfront, tucked back into a secluded area with trees. Lovely landscaping, and the units are so charming. Gorgeous pool you rarely see so close to the beach. So convenient to great shopping and restaurants, the weekly Farmer’s Market and the beach! We bought here 6 years ago as a vacation home and our family just loves it. And we love the increasing value to our investment as well!
