The body repairs were done fairly quickly but the car had to be taken to the dealership for further repairs. The piece the car needed was on back order and had to wait almost 2 months. Acura's fault not body shop. 5 Star : Customer Service Always pick up the phone and answers any concerns I might've had. 5 Star : Returned Clean
