We have had a great experience moving into Ocean Terrace. The Property Management have been amazing. They looked after all the little details when we first moved in and continue to answer any questions we have in a timely manner. Thanks Don, Iris and handyman Phil!!
Stay away if you care at all about the place you live in. It COULD have been a nice place to live, except it’s managed by Devon properties. It looks nice from 10 feet, but when you actually look at what’s going on it’s an absolute disaster. The apartment was never finished and there was damage all through the brand new apartment, including damage to the walls, appliances, floor, and bathtub.
