Stay away if you care at all about the place you live in. It COULD have been a nice place to live, except it’s managed by Devon properties. It looks nice from 10 feet, but when you actually look at what’s going on it’s an absolute disaster. The apartment was never finished and there was damage all through the brand new apartment, including damage to the walls, appliances, floor, and bathtub.
