Really good value for the money. Very close to the beach and clean. It is an older building and there is only one outlet in most rooms so you may want to bring a power strip or an extension cord. The kitchen was missing forks but we picked some up at Walmart for $2 and left them in the unit. Overall though we loved the place and will likely go back and stay. I love the location and price relative to other OC MD apartments.
First apartment kept blowing fuses. Went up and down step 3rd floor) probably 6-7 times to try and get answers. Said they would call but never did. Hazard... finally moved us and tv didnt work. Said they would get us one. Next day they did but couldnt get it to work. Late the next day they finally got us one. We were only there wed -sat morning. This was late thurs. The location is prime, a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Front porch is nice. The space is comfortable and reasonably priced. My only complaint was the service. We arrived Wednesday to our tub having a slow drain and the stove not working. We called Thursday and the woman we spoke to was pretty rude. We called Friday and a much nicer woman helped. Our tub was fixed the next day. But not the stove. The plumber did enter without knocking and while we were napping.
El apto.que me dieron no fue el.nismo que ví en la página de Booking que rente. La cama sonaba si me movía. Decía que había utensilios de cocina no era cierto. Unos sartenes todos feos porque no los limpian las personas que rentan y los usan .no tenía casi nada de cubiertos. Ni una esponja para lavar los platos. Amazing space, was clean,great rates and everything was provided. Beach access was less than a Minute walk direct to the boardwalk. Kids loved this stay!
