Check in was great. We were able to check in early. Beds comfortable. Loved the balcony into the courtyard. Room and hallway had a strange smell. Vents in rooms need to be cleaned. The website says free parking but there is not enough spaces for all of the rooms. Once you leave do not count on a parking space being available when you return
This place is a must stay!!!! We spent a week here and from check in until departure this was a great place to Vaca!! Cindy was welcoming and the cleaning team members were so friendly and personable we felt at home. We did have one complaint, the sofa bed that was promised was unusable!! We will definitely be returning!!
Terrible! Doesn’t understand the word of quiet. Loud neighbors and the owners can’t control their tenants. Setting off fireworks And partying all through the night. NEVER again
Pro: About a block from boardwalk/ Beach. Spacious. Cons: Windows were unlocked when I arrived. Fridge was broken. Could not find TV remote. Very hard to get ahold of anyone. ----------‐-‐--------- Arrived at office to check in at 4pm. Noone was in the office. Waited 15 min and Noone came. I called 443 397 4739 and said I was here to check in. Lady was like key and paperwork are in the apartment and door is unlocked. I'm like what apartment is it? Terrible experience. Multiple issues. We tried to report issues to management, but every time we called the phone number provided there was no answer and mailbox was full. Additionally, they have a "no calls after 11pm unless emergeny - subject to $100 fine" and since I was there for a music festival the first 2 nights I was there I didn't get back to the room until after 11.
