I had a frustrating experience at Ocean Subaru of Fullerton. Despite positive reviews, my encounter was far from satisfactory.I negotiated an out-the-door price with sales rep ****** ********* and manager **** ****, with my trade-in value separate. The service manager **** is a POS. He's been having us rotate all tires just so the company can make more money, although the customers tires could be wearing poorly he doesn't care if the bad tread ends in the front. As long as the company makes money. He stated at a meeting it was okay to patch 2/32nds tires, and when I went to ask him in his office about it, he yelled at me. I reported it to HR, and they've been harassing me every day instead saying **** did not yell at me and I had an outburst although all I did was walk... read more

I went to this Subaru dealer last week to price out an Outback. They said they'd have to special order the color I wanted. All fine. When they handed me the price sheet (which they refused to let me take home) they included a "dealer installed upgrade" of $1299 for tinted windows. I asked them to take it off because I didn't want tinted windows. The salesman had the audacity to say that it came from the factory like that. I stopped by today but it was a total waste of my time. Somehow the $2575 DAS and $275/mo on the **** vehicle became $2500 DAS and $425/** + tax for a vehicle that was only $27,163 or about $900 more. Classic bait and switch. Why do you even waste people's time showing this "Special Lease" on your website if you are not going to honor it? Add this to the fact they your dealership adds about $4000 worth of worthless c*** to the vehicle whether you want it or not is ridiculous. Not a happy former customer!
