I always give a place a chance, even if it has low reviews. Today, I was wrong. I came in with a sliced opened finger from my job that was squirting blood. I came here because it was a 4 min drive from my job. While in my uniform, they would not take my workers comp or the VA card and turned me away unless I would pay $165 after having my stand at the desk for about 20 mins. I wish I could give 0 but I guess the 1 star would be that they gave me a recommendation on where I could drive that would actually help.

After a kitchen mishap, I needed stitches. I had a great experience with Brett and the PA student were kind and efficient in their care. I will be returning here if I need future medical attention.

Arrived 5 minutes after opening at 8 a.m. already 8-10 patients in waiting. Took an entire hour before being checked in by the coughing and obviously ill (wet cough) receptionist who was not wearing a mask. Filthy waiting room floor, obviously not cleaned since previous day with dried salt from parking lot visible, tissue debris and dirt prevalent. The problem with this place is the sign on the building says urgent, which implies swift or immediate. All they have to do is add NOT SO in front of it and they wouldn’t have an average 2 star rating. Take some pride in what you do. I had to take a guy I work with here because he was injured on the job, they wouldn’t see him because we didn’t have the company’s workers comp information, and instead of seeing my co worker they just kept putting him to the bottom of the pile as new patients walked in.
