Here is my update on my review. The “owner” Jon, called me from a blocked number. He acted like it actually didn’t happen, that it was impossible. I’m an actual LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST, in an upscale spa, so I know a thing or two about this. He was RUDE and yelled at me that he wasn’t going to argue about it. He proceeded to offer me a refund, ONLY IF I TOOK THE REVIEW DOWN AND SIGNED A GAG ORDER. Hmmmm, maybe that is why there are so FEW bad reviews. First off, they didn’t have us fill out a health history form, no one introduced themselves, or asked us anything at all when they took us into the session to get started. Next, the massage table didn’t have sheets, but a scratchy towel for a covering, not to mention how UNSANITARY the face HOLE is. It was uncomfortable as well. Then we were WAITING on the table for them to come back for the first ten minutes of our massage. After my back was done she LEFT The room to get a hot towel.
