If I could give this place a negative one I would. My mom has been without a working dishwasher going on two months then her oven stopped working. The front office says there’s no maintenance at all. Now we’re coming up on the holidays and she has no way of cooking and after several complaints, nothing has been done. Ocean Springs Station was a nightmare to live in. From the get-go, I was shown the office as a model apartment, and when I moved in, the actual unit was dirty and had multiple issues. Despite reporting problems with broken appliances, termites, and roaches, maintenance requests were frequently ignored. The landlord's lack of response and action led to us fixing issues ourselves, such as replacing the shower head and toilet float. Don’t move in here!!! My parents are without AC and have stayed in a hotel the last two nights using money out of their own pocket. The property manager Melanie is never in the office and shirks all responsibility to the tenants and does the least amount possible to collect a paycheck while moonlighting at another separate job during business hours
I have not lived here. I was considering applying as they look nice. However, the property owner should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for requiring cats be declawed to live here. That’s disgusting. Please do your research and update your views or don’t allow animals at all if you hate them that much. I would never recommend anyone support anyone with such barbaric views. Do better.
