The owner does not communicate efficiently at all. If you have questions about billing she will hang up on you. Would not recommend at all. It will cause more stress than help.
Great service don’t listen to that 1 star review
Difficult to reach the mental health care providers. You only communicate with the receptionist. Psychiatrist left and this office did not communicate as effectively and appropriately for the patients. There’s not enough appointment reminders. They will drop you off you're a no show which I can understand. What I don’t understand is that they don’t have a system or communication tools to avoid that. This is a disappointing service.
