the people at the front counter are RUDE. they complain about being understaffed but here they are sitting on their behinds popping them gums cutting jokes why other people need MEDICAL ATTENTION. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I wouldn't recommend this hospital emergency room to anyone
Had my first light therapy treatment last friday and it was a great experience! I asked a lot of questions and she was very knowledgable and recommended a lot of products! Going back again this week for a facial and more light therapy!

Chris did an awesome job of keeping me calm during my MRI of my brain. I was severely claustrophobic! He was like a friend and was right be side me the whole time and kept talking to me to make sure I was ok. He went above and beyond his job with me. Thanks, Chris

We had such a wonderful experience today at the Wellness Spa OS! Kim was so kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely be back in the future for more of her services! An all-around fantastic and relaxing place...so glad we found this hidden gem in OS!
