Jasmin in patient registration is a total sweetheart and was helpful in trying to get my order faxed over for a CT scan. Unfortunately, Denise who actually works in radiology with patient registration was awful and so unhelpful. She let me sit for over an hour with no updates. She was short tempered and seemed annoyed the few times I inquired about the status after I had waited an hour. Maybe someone should question Denise’s role in what she is supposed to do as clearly isn’t competent in her role.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was barely a week postpartum and came in due to localized swelling in my right leg with pitted edema. When they took my blood pressure it was 170/110. My baseline is 115/70 btw. My back was tight. When they took a urinalysis I had protein in my urine. ALL signs of postpartum preeclampsia. The nurse on the floor in L&D that night kept saying I was anxious and when I went to the bathroom told my sister she was worried I was having postpartum anxiety and depression. We have been sitting in hospital lobby for 3 hrs no they're taking vitals in the lobby and have ppl bringing biohazard bags to lobby desk the bathroom is horrible this is the nastiest visit by far sister having chest pains hands and arms going numb and still sitting here why they've came out screaming for somebody that isn't here 6 times this is crazy
