wonderful time here. best massage I've in years
The worst phone etiquette I have ever experienced!! In prepping for mine and my fiancés mini vacation, I called Ocean Spa inquiring about rates for a couples massage. The lady immediately came off so rude and responded by saying "ughhh... what time will you be here?" I explained it was not for that day and I was just calling to get rates. How unfortunate, this woman was so rude when I came in to inquire about rates and book an appointment. I said it was for my birthday and I would like to see one of the massage rooms. The look she gave me was so inhospitable! She acted like she didn't want to be bothered by me. She had no customers in the shop either! I understand if she had clients that her time would be limited but she didn't and I was shocked by her lack of hospitality and hostile attitude. Very relaxing experience! The lady here is a very sweet older Chinese woman and her touch is very gentle. Full body massage felt great, and the price is very good for an hour. Definitely more focused on the back of my body but that's what I enjoy so it was nice. Was in an out in the hour time period, was a "come in, undress, massage" type of deal. Only issue I had was two people came in during the massage to ask if she was available so maybe having a sign up when there's a massage going on would help with that
