I had a really positive experience at this dermatology office today. From the moment I walked in, the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. It made a difference right away. I have visited OSVI twice and each time the staff was friendly, cordial, accepting and supportive. It is easy to smile there as the office was fresh clean bright and welcoming. The Dermatologist Dr. Salame, was quite informed and had experience with other active people whose skin was affected by the elements in outdoor activities. The solution medicines were helpful, and I have a second course of the meds which I may only need for half the prescribed time. My husband researched for someone to get a second opinion of my HS diagnosis. He found OSVI Dermatology and Dr. Salame. I found her to be very knowledgeable and very caring about what was going on with me. During my exam she was gentle and made sure I knew exactly what she was doing. She answered my questions and helped me decide where to go next in my treatment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Salame and her team.
