Always happy to help I have had this unit for 24 years I love the service Gina is always cheerful she makes my day
On this date 2/10/26, spoke with Gina the manager of Ocean Shores Self storage regarding receiving a reminder that my payment was late, whereas I have been with this storage company for almost 10 years and have never been late with any of the payments. Gina was very rude and stated if I didn’t like her making a mistake within three years since she’s been the manager then I can leave a go next door to another storage facility. Gina the owner is so great to work with! She is very helpful, patient and so kind! The units are spacious and clean. I rented 2 different units from her, in two different locations and both were up to standard to store my stuff! I definitely recommend giving Gina a call for all of your storage needs!
