Customer service was great! Kudos to Gina, we received reminders payment was due and policy changes in a timely manner. She was pleasant and informative about the power issue when we rented. As for the unit itself. It had no electricity inside for lighting. And keep in mind it is not moisture proof. Rented for 6 months, mold on some of my items. Bought extra insurance coverage. On this date 2/10/26, spoke with Gina the manager of Ocean Shores Self storage regarding receiving a reminder that my payment was late, whereas I have been with this storage company for almost 10 years and have never been late with any of the payments. Gina was very rude and stated if I didn’t like her making a mistake within three years since she’s been the manager then I can leave a go next door to another storage facility.
