Amazing experience! Steve, the owner, took us for about a 2 hour ride around Duck Lake. He also showed us the canals and waterways. He answered EVERY single question we had. He has lots of knowledge of the area, from the other tourist attractions, to the politics of the city, to the animals that inhabit the lake. Not to mention, the boat we rode on was a very smooth ride. It felt very safe and we stayed very warm through the rain and hail. The boat ride was amazing. Steve very knowledgeable about the area the birds and animals that we would see. Steve very considerate about positioning the boat for getting pictures. If you have doubts about getting in and out of the boat, try it, an 80 year old with both knees replaced plus scoliosis of the back was able to get in and out easily with the aid of a "special" stepping stool to shorten the step into the boat. Steve also gave a history of the area. 100 percent enjoyable tour.

Ocean Shores Electric Boats was a blast. We went out for an hour and loved it. We took it through the canals and into Duck Lake. I would recommend this to anybody!

It was rainy in Ocean Shores so we decided to go on a boat ride!! It did not disappoint! The boats had the option to be enclosed when it is rainy or cold so we stayed nice and warm with our blankets! They were super dog friendly and we were able to take our puppy with us! He loved it! There was a table in the middle of the boat with cup holders so you were able to bring snacks and drinks (alcohol is allowed). The engine is so quiet it makes the ride very peaceful! What beautiful canals! Most people visiting Ocean Shores don't know they exist! The boats are easy to maneuver, quiet, and in good repair. Tom took us out for a quick intro. Highly recommended

We rented one of Tom and Nancy's electric boats last week and cruised through the canals and Duck Lake. Had a great time, the boat is easy to operate. We will definitely go back to explore some of the other canals.
