location, location..steps to A 1A then your at the ocean. great staff.
Wanted to flop for one night in St Augustine and found same price to wake up across from the beach as to wake up across from I-95! Fresh, new linens and carpet, clean room, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, iron/ironing board, sofa bed, two top table w seats, comfortable bed and a balcony w/ chairs. Slept well and had a good breakfast (7-10). Easy parking and in the end unit, had windows on two sides. ��.
This is a our home away from home. We have been coming here at least 2 times a year for the past 10 years. Love this place and we love Lisa!😊
Beautiful place. Great hotel near a quiet beach and close to Saint Augustine. I wish they allowed small dogs but it’s my favorite hotel. Best to go November - December. Great deals. Shh. — at Ocean Sands Beach Inn.

I just love this place and everything about it
i would highly recommend this place. Caryla,Spinse,and Lisa were very friendly and supplied us what we needed when ever we needed it. it is just across the street from ocean so not all the hustle and bustle. the beach isnt crowed. what can i say great place to stay
