Ocean Roofing did my roof which now has a leak. It doesn't appear to be a major leak but it does need to be looked at. I called Joe who has been responding by phone and told me several times that he would send someone to take a look at the issue. After several attempts to to contact Joe nix he is not answering the phone. All was great until I called with the leaking roof issue. I do not recommend this company for any roof work because customer satisfaction is obviously not something they care about. BEWARE
I cannot say enough about the service I received from Joseph Western and Ocean Roofing of Florida, LLC. He was timely, very efficient and honest. My roof is close to 5 years old and had some storm damage. I was prepared to replace my roof and he told me that was a waste of my money and I did not need a new roof. I truly appreciated his honesty. He also gave me a very fair price! His crew came out the very next day and did the repair. I received pictures before the invoice.
