Safe, growing, could use better grounds and a little wider slots, but good enough for your boat or camper. Some areas are soggy when wet.
Secure and top notch storage place. Rich is very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend for a RV or boat.
In my experience, could only rent for a year at a time; would've preferred a month-to-month arrangement. Spot was on level gravel and behind a secure fence. Wash bay is convenient for RVs and boats. Heard there will be upgraded video surveillance and security in the near future.
