TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION! In February 2025, I entered into a contract to purchase a lot in Ocean Ridge Plantation from Coastal Communities of Ocean Ridge Plantation. Most everything is broken or some weird issue. Golf Courses are run down and big time issues with the developer - complete with lawsuits. It takes a toll on homeowners, key talking points among residents is the new amenities center. The new amenities centers has become a major letdown and costly. Buyers Beware!
