My wife tried to see Dr. Kumar and had an absolutely awful experience. She has been diagnosed with Lupus and RA. He dismissed all of her concerns, offered her no actual medical advice in dealing with the chronic pain associated with both diagnosis, and continually tried to prescribe her medication that she was unable to take and offered no alternatives. She is under 30 and his advice boiled down to take steroids when it’s really bad but only occasionally and suck it up.
Michelle took her time and explained things clearly so I could understand since I was so scared with a lupus diagnosis. She would get a 5 star; however he wants to double my dose of hydroxychloroquine no reason why, no blood tests . Can't understand him
Saw Dr. Kumar for severe RA and also psoriatic arthritis. He acts like people are contagious and doesn't touch patients, ever. Went there for swollen feet and hands, three times normal size. Didn't even look at either. At that time my wife had a standing appointment with her RA dr, and took over her appointment and so glad I did. I was given a thorough checkup.
