Bad experience. Pedicure .lady was in a rush an hard with the tools . Also used a bowl to empty water out of the basin a threw it into the basin next to me while my feet where still in it . An lastly I’ve never in all of my life , gotten a gel white pedicure that immediately turned yellow. Until now .
I love everyone at Ocean Retreat Nail Spa! Beautifully run and everyone is so nice. My daughter and I bring inspiration pictures and they make them reality. It’s so relaxing and it’s such a nice way to spend some mother-daughter time.
This place stopped caring about people along time ago
Worst nail experience ever. I first got my nails done by Ken and horrible customer service. Super mean and rude to me and left my nails looking really bad. Then I called to get them fixed again and the lady that did they did a horrible job and my nails started peeling when I got home. I called again because I was really unhappy with the service and wanted my refund back but they didn’t want to give it to me. I don’t recommended this place at all
