RecommendedWe love living here. It’s the most convenient location to all of Stuart and surrounding areas. I have had very little maintenance issues, and when I did it was handled almost immediately. The office staff has been courteous to me since the beginning. I love that there are bunnies, ducks, and squirrels through out the neighborhood. It shows that this a peaceful environment. My experience at Ocean Pointe has been great. The gentleman who do maintenance are great they always do what they say and fix things quickly. The ladies in the front office always are polite and helpful. I highly recommend living here.
OP a great job making sure only great people live here! Great place to live.
I love living here everyone is so friendly in the office. If there are problems in your apartment the maintenance is right on top of it! You also can’t beat the rent!

This will be our third year living here. It's the perfect distance from the beach and downtown stuart shopping. Can't forget not even 5 minutes from Benihana's! Kid friendly, pet friendly, and the rent is reasonably priced! The office staff and maintenance staff are super friendly and get things done efficiently without hassle. Highly recommend. One of the better apartment places i've lived.

My wife and I have lived here in Ocean Point going on 5 years and appreciate the dedication of the staff in providing a great place to live.
I don't like the fact you put a deposit down to be on a waiting list but they will not tell you how far you are on the list. I think we should be able to know, for future planning

I am so sorry you feel this way. We strive to make every potential applicant aware of the waiting list time frame. We go off of the time frame and not the number of people on the list as some are waiting for specific floors, are on more than one list, or have other specific needs. With these different possibilities it makes it difficult to let someone know what number on the list they are, as there is too many variables, which is why we have the estimated time frame of the wait list instead.
