The resort was amazing and happy. The staff were always cleaning the floors, disinfesting and cleaning the elevators. We always had towels. All the staff were nice and friendly. Beautiful place inside and out. Very close to ocean.
We weren’t told that our tent wasn’t allowed on the beach until after we’d put it up. Then we were forced to pay $30 for your umbrella when others were allowed to sit for free. The pool doesn’t open until 9am.

There's an incessant smell of people smoking weed everywhere in this hotel. In your room(through the AC), on the balcony, at the pool, etc. The pools are very old. Most of the lazy river's jets are broken and there is no current. The pool bathrooms are awful. The staff are also unhelpful. My daughter hoped to ride the water slide, but we would always miss when it was open and none of the pool stuff could tell me when it would be open or if it would even be open at all on a given day.
