This was the worst experience I've ever had staying at a hotel. I can't believe this brand even uses the word resort in their name. We booked through a Ripken travel agent for a week long baseball trip and it was booked 6 months in advance. We booked a deluxe "renovated" 2 bed/2 bath - south tower angle view. However, upon arrival we were given a non renovated room and no explanation as to why or any solution other than "we just don't have any left." Wonderful experience, staff is very accommodating
It was great I recommend this resort to anyone.
This resort is a true gem. The location is perfect and they have everything you need. Beach access, good food and extremely comfortable beds. However, the main reason I wanted to take the time to write this review is because of the staff. They are TOP NOTCH. Everyone from the front desk to maintenance workers in the hallway were kind.
