We didn’t get checked in until after check in due to short staffing. I had opted in for the Duplin Winery tour which costed $20 but they said they couldn’t “find” where I had opted in. So my wife bought two more tickets that costed us $20 a piece instead. Upon looking at my receipt there was an original $20 charge for the tour plus the additional $40 we got charged after we were told they didn’t see the reservation. This hotel was so good, I love going to the pool and the beach. me and my cousins, brother and sisters went here, and I didnt even know there were multiple rooms in one apartment. The entrance to it was so modern like . Near the hotel was the beach, so enjoyable. And when from the outside, its like a skyscraper, nearly like all other hotels. Everyone loved it when they got here.
The room was alittle worn out. No water pressure in the shower. The pool is good. Gift shop was never open and the restaurant has unreliable hours.
Great Resort. Would definitely stay again! Great location!
