Do not go here. Trying to get medicine is like pulling teeth. Absolutely zero empathy from the "provider" I was assigned. Constantly questioning why I need the medicine I was prescribed. Incompetent would be too generous to describe the practice.
I had a great experience with Ocean Psychiatry. The staff is professional, kind, and truly cares about their patients. The scheduling process was smooth, and the doctor took the time to listen and understand my concerns. I felt heard and supported throughout my visits. The office environment is also welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality mental health care!
The person did not listen. What a poor experience Will not be going back
I called into the office to inquire about services and insurance. I didn't know anything about how this clinic would work out with my insurance. I spoke to the front office and was pleasantly surprised on how professional and friendly they were! They answered all my questions and re-assured me that they would try to help me out however they could.
