Ocean Property Management is worse than horrible. The owners of the rehabbed APTS into condos is not interested in their tenants or the building, Erin Shores. This place is a free for all. I phoned the association to inform them that the path, as well as the stairs, to the second floor are being blocked by at least half the owners/renters on the first floor of a two story building.
