If I could put a 0 I would. This place has specials to rent .They offer specials to move in they even offer aplication free however even you make all the money need they ignore you with excuses that your credit it is not good have in mind I'm building a house so this doesn't make sense at all. The funny part is this comunity is old . DO NOT APPLY THERE WAIST OF TIME
I like the peace and quietness and the niceness of the staff and I also like how the place is being landscaped.
Just moved in Sept ‘25 to this hidden gem! Waterfront on an adorable bird sanctuary pond, very short drive to the beaches, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants in beautiful Stuart! Luxury interior with brand new appliances, countertops, toilets, faucets, and sinks. Spacious and very well-designed layout with large windows and walk-in closets.
