I moved in about a month ago and I love it here so far. It's clean, quiet and the staff is very friendly and quick to respond with any requests or concerns. Maintenance is on top of things and easily reached.
Just moved in. New to Florida. The complex is going through a huge renovation. Apartments landscaping new gym etc. the office staff Kathleen and Kathy are fantastic. The people who live here are diverse all ages. Super nice. The grounds are clean. Dog owners pick up their dogs poop Close to everything. I look forward to exploring Also great move in specials happening now.
Good apartment complex, could have a few more dog stations
I absolutely love my little home. It took a good deal of fixing when I first moved in and I would find better construction workers because the ones they have don’t like cleaning up after themselves (I still have caulk on my floors, which definitely SHOULD NOT BE, considering what I pay for rent). In spite of that, I absolutely adore the managers and office workers. They are the BEST!!! I plan on being here for quite some time!!!! My home sweet home.
