Ricardo is responsive, and adheres to the time windows he commits to. He replaced a section of damaged water service line, and 2 isolation valves. He will respect your home, travelling with his own shoe covers, leaving it clean. Very professional and efficient. Strongly recommended!

Ricardo came out, looked at our disposal, and noticed a screw that had gotten wedged in the side wall of the disposal. As we talked we agreed that it would be better to just replace the disposal with the new one we had purchased ourselves. He got the job done in about 45 minutes. We were extremely pleased with Ocean Plumbing when we called him to replace an old water heater. Ricardo was extremely polite. He showed up on time to our estimate meeting, explained the details of what he would do, and offered a few options. He didn't act rushed, and talked us through aspects of maintaining our second water heater. He offered a time to replace the heater the very next morning, and showed up on time literally to the second.
