I have been dealing with Ocean Park Ford for the past 26 years. Now on my 9th truck through Al in the Leasing Department. Trucks have always been serviced at the Dealer and usually deal with John in the service department. This service it was Laycee. Always outstanding service.
The service is great.They called us and left voice mail before we went to visit and wash the car after whole repair process.Jen Channon was very friendly and welcome when I walked in without any appointment with my service and asked a stuff to drive me back home to pick up my truck.
Love Ocean Park Ford. They provide excellent service that includes a ride home while the car is getting fixed. Plus they wash and vacuum the car for free. I trust them with my Ford Escape.
