Can’t say enough nice things about this business. We dropped in on our vacation and are very pleased with our nails. The ladies that work there are nice and it was a very pleasant experience. If we come back to Santa Cruz, this is a must.
Got scabies from here doing exfoliation on my legs with the tool they used. I called and told them, she apologized but then asked me to come in so she could see my legs? i usually don’t leave bad reviews but hopefully can save someone the suffering i went through and am still going through. Do not by any means get any type of exfoliation from them and they also charged me $10 over listed price every single time i’ve been there. was willing to over look that because i liked the end result. not after last time.
I usually only give reviews to places I like but I feel the need to warn others. I have long naturals nails and asked for a creamy white basic manicure with builder gel and a cuticle treatment. I have my nails done all the time and needed a refresh on vacation so this place looked okay. The builder gel was yellowed and lumpy towards the end she rushed to get to others and the white flooded my cuticle edges and she clipped some off so it’s not even smooth. This is my go-to salon if I need a great manicure or pedicure! The staff are all so friendly, they take walk ins for certain services (always have time to give me a pedicure even if it’s busy) they have a great color selection, good pricing, nice pedicure options, and the atmosphere is very clean and relaxing. I’ve had both manicures and pedicures done here and I am always happy with the results. If you want a nice relaxing self care day by the beach this is the spot.
